Core Concepts is a team of Vancouver personal trainers that offers both Adult Training and Youth Fitness. We offer both individual, couples and group training and we are especially passionate about organizing and leading youth fitness and sports camps for children and teenagers who are looking to improve their performance in sports such as soccer and football. Further, we also offer nutritional advice to help our clients achieve their fitness and weight-loss goals.

Our Vancouver personal trainers are certified by the International Youth Fitness Association and the BC Recreation and Parks Association. Our team leader, Mike Howard, has been featured in a number of publications including The Vancouver Sun, Impact Magazine, Diet Blog and Checkup Magazine.
