James Krieger

James Krieger

James Krieger is the founder of Weightology, LLC.  He has a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Florida and a second Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Washington State University.  He is the former research director for a corporate weight management program that treated over 400 people per year, with an average weight loss of 40 pounds in 3 months.  His former weight loss clients include the founder of Sylvan Learning Centers and The Little Gym, the vice president of Costco, and a former vice president of MSN.  He has given over 75 lectures on weight loss-related topics to physicians, dietitians, and other professionals.

In addition to helping people achieve their weight loss goals, James is a published scientist and author.  He has published weight loss and nutrition-related research in prestigious scientific journals, including the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and the Journal of Applied Physiology.  James is the former editor for Journal of Pure Power, an online magazine which delivers scientific, but lay-friendly, information on training and nutrition to athletes and coaches.  In fact, James has been involved in the health, nutrition, and fitness field for over 10 years, and has written over 250 articles on these topics.  He is a strong believer in an evidence-based approach to health and well-being.  You can learn more about James by visiting his Weightology website.

Alan Aragon

Alan Aragon

Alan Aragon has over 15 years of success in the fitness field. He earned his Bachelor and Master of Science in Nutrition with top honors. Alan is a continuing education provider for the Commission on Dietetic Registration, National Academy of Sports Medicine, American Council on Exercise, and National Strength & Conditioning Association. Alan recently lectured to clinicians at the FDA and the annual conference of the Los Angeles Dietetic Association. He maintains a private practice designing programs for recreational, Olympic, and professional athletes, including the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Kings, and Anaheim Ducks. Alan is a contributing editor to Men's Health magazine, where he has a monthly column called "Ask The Weight Loss Coach".

In 2008, Alan launched the Alan Aragon's Research Review (AARR) - an unbiased monthly critical analysis and application of the latest research pertaining to nutrition, exercise, and supplementation. Jamie Hale

Jamie Hale

Jamie Hale is Sports Conditioning Coach, author, outdoor enthusiast, fitness and nutrition consultant. He has contributed to numerous exercise and sports publications (nationally and internationally) and has authored six books. Jamie is a member of the World Marital Arts Hall of Fame in recognition of his conditioning work with Martial Artists. He is considered by most in the fitness industry as a specialist in agility and comprehensive fitness training. Leigh Peele

A NASM certified personal trainer, Leigh is the founder of Avidity Fitness. She is a nationally published author with popular magazines, online websites, and has worked with actors, models, fighters and athletes all around the world.

Leigh is the author of both The Fat Loss Troubleshoot and The Metabolic Repair Manual and has a new book – Body By Eats due for a Fall release.

Leigh is a permanent fixture on Fitcast.com and hosts a subforum on one the most popular sites on the net at JPfitness.com. Most recently, Leigh has launched a revolutionary Nutrition, Training and Health site called FLzine.

Leigh enjoys B-boy, and research studies while eating PB2 peanut butter. She also has an unhealthy obsession with BBC America.

Harminder Toor

Harminder Toor, BScPT, Sport Physio Dip., FCAMT, C.G.IMS

Harminder (Harry) is a Sports & Orthopedic Physiotherapist focused on manual techniques and exercise and is co-owner of Envision Physiotherapy. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, and also has received his Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy from Sport Physiotherapy Canada. He has a long list of post graduate training to his name, as well as an extensive background in treating athletes from the local to the international level. His experience and training include


  1. Full time therapist for the National Mens Downhill Ski Team (Slalom & GS) involved travel with athletes to world competitions throughout Canada, Asia and Europe (2004-2007)

Through his training and experience, Harry has developed very critical assessment and treatment skills worthy of our National and Olympic level athletes. At Envision Physiotherapy he works with clients of all ages and abilities for 30-60 minute One-on-One sessions. Harry has a background as a competitive squash player, and his current personal sporting experience involves skiing, taekwondo and trail running.
