Mike Howard is a certified personal trainer (BCRPA) as well as a youth fitness specialist and a speed and agility specialist (IYCA). He has been involved with improving peoples’ lives in various capacities for well over a decade. Specifically, Mike is passionate about improving the lives of our youth through the teaching of physical life skills. Mike truly understands the physical and psychological developmental needs of children through years of coaching, one-on-one instruction and having young children of is own.
Mike is a Youth Fitness Specialist certified through the International Youth Conditioning Association. He works with youth of all athletic backgrounds – from the high-end athlete to the children with special needs (obesity, cancer remission). His central philosophy revolves around instilling a joy of activity that will serve the child for a lifetime. Mike combines the science of development with the art of coaching to help the child reach his/her potential.
Jeremy is currently working towards a degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. He is a certified personal trainer under the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Jeremy uses his passion for strength and conditioning to help individuals of all ages gain the strength, skills and, above all, confidence to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. Jeremy enjoys working with athletes, as comes from a multiple sport background. Jeremy's philosophy is that the gym can be an enjoyable experience for everyone, and should ultimately set up individuals for success in the other facets of their lives.
