Our one-one-one personal training sessions generally focus on achieving one or more of the following:

  • Post-rehab Conditioning: Exercises designed to strengthen areas that have recovered from an injury
  • Performance Enhancement: For athletes who desire increased performance during sports or activities

Small Group Training

Small group trainingIf you're looking for a motivating and cohesive environment with a more economical option, consider training with a partner or small group of 3 to 4. Get the best of both worlds with adequate individual attention and a reduced cost. Your group training session can be designed around the shared goals of the group members to make sure that everyone is benefiting while also saving money.  It's a win-win!

Fat-Loss & Weight-Loss

We offer the most comprehensive fat loss programs out there and include an individualized nutrition plan that takes your goals, eating preferences, lifestyle, dietary allergies/aversions and budget through Eat This Much – a top notch meal generating software. We guide you through the most cutting edge and sustainable nutrition, training and mindset strategies to lose fat and keep it off permanently.

Fat Loss Intensive Mon/Thurs 7:00pm

Workout in a small group (max 5). Participants get the best in terms of high-quality/challenging workouts 2 times per week (optional 3rd) and a cutting edge nutritional plan to guarantee fast, efficient and lasting results. This is for those looking to shed a minimum of 10-20 lbs.

Dates: Mondays & Thursdays starting January 14th

Time: 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Cost: $25 per class
