One-on-one Training
The ultimate in personal attention. Clients are taken through comprehensive and appropriately challenging workouts that address goals and health issues, using a variety of effective and cutting-edge techniques. Included is a baseline fitness health and nutritional intake evaluation. Your trainer also designs a personal lifestyle and exercise plan to complement the sessions.
Partner and small-group Training (2-4)
Team up with 1, 2 or 3 others and enjoy fun, challenging and purposeful workouts while enjoying a discounted rate! Individual lifestyle and exercise plans are also included.
Group Conditioning (Training Camp)
Seasonal outdoor “Training Camp” workouts combine a multitude of fitness disciplines (cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga) using a variety of natural props. Participants are taken through challenging, progressive workouts 3 days per week for 6 weeks (rain or shine). Nutrition and lifestyle management talks are also given through the 6 weeks.
Workshops/Courses
Core concepts Wellness Solutions offers “Winning the Losing Battle – The Truth about Fat Loss©”, the most comprehensive, practical and results-oriented health and fat loss course available. Winning the Losing Battle© focuses on common-sense, research-based strategies that help participants map out their own route towards fat loss and healthy living. We strive to inspire, educate and empower people towards reaching a higher level of health through behavioural change approaches.
