Small Group and Family Workouts

Some youth enjoy the fun of training with a few friends. Or perhaps your family would like to workout together to enjoy some quality time together and to encourage each other. Small groups of 3 to 4 youth or family workouts are a more economical option. In small groups, you still enjoy adequate individual attention but at a reduced cost per individual. Your group training session can be designed around the shared goals of the group members to make sure that everyone is benefiting. It's a win-win!
